Youth AIDS Awareness Event.

Last weekend,
the SPIs and a few bloggers
had an amazing opportunity
to view a special screening
for the Youth AIDS Awareness event
organised by the Health Promotion Board of Singapore.

Honestly,
Im a lil' sceptical when it comes to all these
global awareness stuff
but i went on ahead
to see what all the fuss was about.


I was so wrong.


Never in my life
a movie as short as 40 mins(?)
made me cry from the beginning till the very end. T_T

The smurftastic crew even went thru the trouble
to actually interview real AIDS patients,
which i thought was a brilliant breakthru
for the entire team.

And to actually hear them speak
about their own life experience and obstacles,
is something i admire so much
for their strength and determination
to lead a normal life.


The main screening are as follow:

It's scary how it could happen to anyone,
at any gender and at any age.

If you'd live a very active sex life,
make sure to get yourself and your partner to be tested.

who had them specially arranged.
